Accident -1

 

As the sound of the ambulance coming near and he lost his consciousness. After that there are lot sounds around him and what happened to him? But the ambulance came and pick him up and reached the hospital. After that he had blur sight of the things. Then he saw the monitor and all the other equipment around him. 

Nurse: Doctor the patient has regained his consciousness.

By listening a group of doctors ran into the room. They started to check his condition and he was unable to speak. After that he saw a old man standing there. Then he went into the flashback that old man was suddenly came onto the road due to that he changed his direction of his bike and hit a tree. Doctor told he had stable condition. After that  doctor came to the Dinesh. 

Doctor: "How are you feeling Dinesh?"

Dinesh: "I am as okay as but can tell me the condition."

Doctor: "Good. Your stats otherwise look normal. You have a few bruises and a concussion and leg fracture, but you should be fine."

Dinesh: "Thank god! How is…"

Doctor: "Old man is fine. He also escaped with minor scratches. He is resting. There is one thing that we need to talk about though."

Dinesh: "What is it?"

Doctor: "Can you tell me a bit about the accident?"

Dinesh: "Umm… well doctor…"

Doctor: "Look, I am your doctor, not the police. You didn't have any alcohol in your blood so you needn't worry about that. But I do need to know how it happened."

Dinesh was a little confused. He wasn't sure what to say.

Doctor: "Dinesh, it is very critical you tell me everything. It will help us asses full extent of your injury."

Dinesh thought for a while, he realized that both he was fine. And he didn't have any other charges from the police. So, he spoke up.

Dinesh: "Well… after the exam finished, we decided to head home. I was the designated driver so I didn't drink. I dropped of Vishal at his home and then…(he paused)"

Doctor: "Go on…"

Dinesh:- "I was going to my home. But I decided to roam on roads instead. I was driving on this state route with a single lane and old man coming from the opposite happened. Due to that  happened and I lost my focus and we drifted onto the tree.

Doctor: "And you got hard I am assuming."

Dinesh found it really embarrassing that his mom was in the same room but he had no choice.

Dinesh: "Umm… yeah… Few minutes into it, I lost my focus on the road… and…"

Doctor: "I think I understand the picture…"

Doctor started analyzing some reports. His mom started stroking his hair. She kissed him on the forehead. Tears kept flowing down her eyes. Prashant felt a bit uneasy.

Dinesh: "Is everything okay doctor?"

Doctor: "Well… yes and no…"

Dinesh: "What is going on?"

Doctor: "Well Dinesh, you are perfectly healthy right now, but this wasn't the case when you came in. We had to perform a surgery in emergency"

Dinesh: "What kind of surgery?"

Doctor: "Well you see. Due to the circumstances you just described, due to the crash the phone in the pocket has blasted and glass pieces were into male part and it was damaged .

Dinesh stared at the doctor while fear forming in his mind. He started shivering. He moved his hands down in the pelvic region. But, found that it was covered with bandages. He had a pang in his stomach.

Doctor: "Your penis was so erect that as the steering smashed it, it was severely damaged. All the structures were ruptured. The blood started clotting and…"

Dinesh: "What did you do?"

Doctor: "Well… the only thing we could do… We had to perform amputation."

Dinesh mouth fell open. He looked at the doctor in disbelief.

 Dinesh: "YOU CUT OFF MY PENIS??!!!"

Doctor: "Well, Dinesh…"

Dinesh: "How could you!!!"

Dinesh mom held him tightly. He started crying profusely. He started moving his hands in the below area but found that where once was a bulge was now flat.

Doctor: "We didn't have many choices Dinesh. Your mother had a very brave choice to make. It was either lose you or have you gone through this. She made the right choice."

Dinesh: "So, what's down there now."

Doctor: "Well… after the damage was under control, we had to provide you with an outlet. Unfortunately, all the "Pipes" down there were broken. We were left with no choice but to perform reassignment procedures."

Dinesh: "What does that mean?"

Doctor: "Umm… added vulva, ovaries and a fallopian tube. In layman terms, we gave you plumbing of a woman."

Dinesh was now literally trembling with fear.

Dinesh: "You gave me a vagina!"

Doctor: "I cannot tell you how sorry I am, but yes, that's the truth as of now."
Dinesh: "You HAVE to fix this! Please, I can't have a … please fix this!"

Doctor: "I am afraid we can't Dinesh. The structures below are completely unrecoverable."

Dinesh: "So I am stuck like this now?"

Doctor: "I am sorry."

Dinesh started crying profusely. His mom comforted him.

Mom: "I will love you no matter what, my child."

He couldn't stop crying. He eventually fell off to sleep. His mom right next to him.

He woke up the next morning to find his eyes dried due to all the crying. He picked up his phone next to the bed and saw that he was still the same. He moved his hands down again to notice he longer had an appendage. He realized it was not a dream.

Later in the morning, a nurse came into his room and helped him to his feet. He hadn't stood up in days, he took some time to get adjusted to that. Doctor came in the afternoon and checked his vitals. They were stable. He cleared the room. It was just him, Dinesh and the nurse. Doctor raised his gown and exposed his pelvic region. He slowly removed the bandages. Finally, the area was now exposed. Dinesh was too scared to look down. The doctor probed the mound with torch. He later probed it with a small wooden stick. Prashant started having sensations that were alien to him. Doctor was satisfied with his work.
